1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxe Auto Spa website and all services provided by Luxe Auto Spa ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services

Luxe Auto Spa provides automotive care services including but not limited to:

  • Premium car washing and exterior care
  • Interior detailing and sanitization
  • Ceramic coating and paint protection
  • Mechanical repair and maintenance services
  • Doorstep / mobile car care services

Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate information on our website, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information accordingly.

3. Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. By placing a booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and contact details
  • Arrive on time or ensure your vehicle is available at the scheduled time
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect the service

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur no charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booked service value.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless a prepayment arrangement has been agreed upon.

We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. In case of payment disputes, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

Service guarantees vary by package:

  • Essential Package: No specific shine guarantee
  • Premium Package: 7-day shine guarantee
  • Elite Package: 30-day shine guarantee
  • Ceramic Coating: Up to 2-year product warranty
  • Mechanical Services: Warranty on parts and labor as specified per service

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. Damage caused by external factors (accidents, weather, negligence) is not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Auto Spa takes utmost care with every vehicle. However, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions not disclosed at the time of service
  • Damage caused by manufacturer defects in vehicle materials
  • Loss of personal belongings left inside vehicles
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during bookings and service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
